You can diet @JB but you just choose to have a good life unlike us bastards who do diet and are miserable as fcuk :lol:

On that note av just got back from today's training which was a 7 mile run, now all of my legs and feet are cramped up :-(

deffo suttin in that isnt it! when we diet were miserable as **** when we eat what we want were happy
why do we diet again???:D
 
Doing the Boro 5k tomoz done it in 27mins last year but when I finished I was like is that it and could of pushed on miles earlier

Good man, do you feel good after a run? I love the feeling when I've finished. (apart from today cos my feet are cramped and I am walking like John Wayne, can't get rid if it)

Nice 5 miler done today, had to be done due to darts night and the only one left I can gan to between no and getting back from Thailand so am even ganna have a few beers.

2 big plus' for me today:

1. The fact that I am getting better at wide arm pull ups, never thought I would ever be able to do 1 of these yet today I managed to do 17 in total.

2. Managed 2 reps at 120kg dead lifts today withougt using straps.

Overall I'm pleased how it went
