Somethings up with YouTube guys, had real trouble uploading 2 vids i really wanted up! One was a Beef and Broccoli Zesty Sesame Stir Fry and the other was Beef Kofte Kebabs I'll try and get them up soon but in the mean time here's the latest video!! Super Morning Protein Shake! Super Morning Protein Shake - YouTube

@simonroshdy - nice video buddy. Could you explain what a cube of spinach is? Also what was that white powder that you put in your shake?

hey man! thanks for watching! if you buy bags of frozen spinach from any supermarket they come in individual bundles or cubes of spinach that you can just throw in shakes theyre amazing!
the white powder was xanthan gum, you can get it from most supermarkets or MP i think, its what they put in small amounts of protein shakes to thicken it up so i add extra to make the shake even thicker ;)

i live in Cyprus so vy doubtful I would find frozen spinach I could easily make my own. Spinach here is the cheapest of greens and my favourite! Talking €2 per kg!! Will make up a batch and freeze into blocks and play around with quantities.

Cheers

you can use fresh spinach too bud! try about 80g and see if you can taste it and add or subtract from there ;) just add some normal icecubes to compensate haha
