Max squat and max deadlift was the bet I offered. Or for reps. Im not arsed im good at either, I said it was kens choice
Could do max Deadlift only. That’s no problem obviously
2 lifts we can both do. None of this stipulating a lift we both know one of us isn’t able to perform anymore due to a legitimate injury
I’m up for it next Saturday, none of this Q4 2021 shite. Do it next week so it gets done. No reason to string this out
That Friday or saturdays newspaper in the video, obviously so we know it’s done next weekend and not an old vid
Like I said when Ken made the thread I’ve no issue accepting a comp I can actually physically do
