    Probs best way to look at it.
    It's easy to write a total and not back it up. You're only competing with yourself now which is fair play.

    Just checked my records again, I have vids of all lifts of course.

    Gym PBs : 300SQ, 168BP, 305DL = 773KG total.
    Comp PBs : 300SQ (RAW)/302.5SQ (Wraps), 155BP, 300DL = 757.5KG total.

    Best total of three lifts is 302.5/168/305 = 775.5KG so smash your total out of the park (carrying a severe injury to LHS).

    My best total is 810 now though?

    I sent you the old vids from 5 years ago yesterday so u know I don't lie pal, I'm just not sad enough to video mediocre lifts anymore, I realised how lame it was quite a few years ago ken

    This is exactly why I don't post videos etc on an open forum anymore. Turns in to a dick swinging contest and none of us on here are strong compared to actual world class lifters so we all end up looking a bit silly imo

    TBH, it's boring without JvD and Round 2 biting on everything. I've been laying so much ground bait down in my thread for when JvD comes back though so expect an explosion imminently. He's usually back on Monday morning.

    Forums died big time the last month hasn't it

    I still post but in spurts if I'm sat with me thumb up my arse for an hr but easily go all day without coming on at work etc as I know there'll be fuck all been said really

    Yeah but you're more than happy to say you're stronger than them or have lifted more, isn't that dick swinging?
    Agree that @Dig and @LittleLiam (who have been record holders) aside, nobody else's lifts are earth shattering.
