TM Lifting League - Personal Best Lifts

More than happy?

It was Ken giving it the big’un so was just letting him know just cos some of us don’t post vids etc every 5 mins (Ken’s seen them btw) it’s not necessarily true no one is anywhere near as strong as him like he likes to have people believe

I’ve never even entered this TM lifting league due to my feelings on some of this online stuff and I’ve been on this forum a long time

Obviously u also seem to post a shit load of videos and pics on here which is your perogative isn’t it. I don’t judge I do just find it a bit cringey when the lifting isn’t earth shattering

But if someone asks my lifts I’m happy to tell them, I agree. People tend not to believe you on here though if u don’t plaster em all over the forum for attention (if your lifting is better than most) which is the trend on here for the most part. Which is fine btw it makes no odds

Good lifting

Impressive grind on that Squat especially

 

This is my best squat, sleeves in a comp. Other squat was in wraps (and I was ill but fook it, I still had to lift it was Brit finals).

300SQ

 

Bench: 170+13 band tension



Deadlift: 280, have pulled 282.5 twice since.



Something like a 250 squat in cerb sleeves.

Guilty as charged

 

I've seen a SQ at 280 in sleeves, decent depth. Would pass in comp.
I've seen a DL at 310, some hitching, good gym lift, red lighted in comp.
I've not seen any BP.

Therefore gym total of 590 and comp-ready total of 280.

Would put you right down the list in the TM lifting league.

 

Being serious for once, Toucan is obviously a big, strong lad.
