So far had Oats this morning with shake, had wholemeal bread with sausages, had 2 chicken breasts with 90g of rice, having salmon and brown rice in a min then off to train. After training will have a shake and the about 8 have 50g carbs with fish or chicken

Was supposed to be 6 hours from 15.00 - 21.00 but had to stop just after 20.00 for fear of projective vomiting, consisted of:

For fair comparison with last week's dirty cheat (also part of experiment) I ate meals 1 - 3 from my high day menu again before-hand which total 149/280/42 so overall intake for the day was:
Resulted in me feeling extremely sick and appearing to be pregnant...
Back to 1940 kCal low days yesterday, today and tomorrow as per my last post in this thread. Ridiculous really how quick you forget that awful sick feeling and start craving stuff again.
3-9 seems about right for me mate as my day runs a bit later than most (work a permanent late shift), just sheer quantity of food that defeated me to be honest.
Was only an experiment anyway, unless something dramatic happens this week that didn't happen last (seems unlikely ATM) then will be back to just having whatever I fancy for the evening next time around.
