What to take Post Workout

60g malt/dex and 5g of BCAA and L-Glutamine immediatly after training.
Fifteen minutes later 60g of whey.

Whey isolate and bcaa and creatine and a muller rice.
 
heyjelly babies are good pre/during/post,who needs fancy inter workout drinks as well,pfaf lol
 
Well I still stick to good old dex/50g protein but I don't get uptight as long as its within an hour or so, more out of habit....got some cnp pro recover atm but ditching it when Ive finished it as its 5hite IMO, from a point of view of price against buying in bulk dex etc.

Sometimes a few Haribo, thing is, 60-70g of them isn't a massive amount, I could finish off an entire pack wi art thinking, then ive totally gone overboard lol
 
all i use is 50g pro 6 and 2 krevo caps,wait till i get home and have some carbs,or if have some sort of sweets with me have that along with prot drink.

I'm with weeman,turkish delight is sometimes part of my post wo ****,****ing 60 odd pence though!
 
70g whey, 90g wms, 10g bcaa.
 
thx, appreciate the replies. So definately protein and carbs. What about creatine and glutamine? a lot add that to there post shake?
 
If I was taking creatine I'd take it before my pwo shake!
