Chicken, rice, mushrooms, evo no problems with that
6 weetabix and MILK ( no problem after that )
3 steak burgers, peppers, green beans, grapes, spud
had more food but no dodgy guts, but of reflux, but just seems appetite has took a knock from this bug but its only a few days no dramas
