Well since last week sometime guts have been up and down, but today was terrible, I think I have a bad bug as come home form work after an hour fell sleep on settee for 4 hours woke up for an hours ate 800cals in protein bars homemade, fell back to sleep and fill rubbish, cant hold any food in and thumping headache to


Have 2moro off aswell so will rest sure I will be fine


On that note thinking of FOOD INTOLERENCE test at GP, there not very helpful at all really, but will try if not may pay for one where they test for everything


I am eating loads and probably not absorbing all the food so may need cut the portions and adjust accordingly

I tried Ravenous they helped with appetite but they seemed clear me out more, but I didnt use them for to long, but they did help.


What digestive enzymes do you use mate or have ??


No orals mate at all, only 1.25mg letro e3d now


The thing is I generally hate eating but getting circa of 6000 cals, strength going up in cruise, bench, dead and squat all higher than when on, body is changing but weight not so much.


It is just frustrating as eating and force feeding and shit most of it out LOOL

Had reducing the oats at breakfast helped your guts mate?

Yeah at the moment but still bit dodgy, have docs appointment 2moro about it, spoke to a bodybuilding GP I know, he basically said ask for gluten allergy blood tests and with lactose, juts have isolate and eliminate all other dairy etc


been taking ravenous to , will be fighting fit next week :)


I think taking the 200g oats in blended form was to much as you said :)

Guts seem a little better


Halved oats portion


using WPI as protein source


Chicken, rice, mushrooms, evo no problems with that


6 weetabix and MILK ( no problem after that )


3 steak burgers, peppers, green beans, grapes, spud


had more food but no dodgy guts, but of reflux, but just seems appetite has took a knock from this bug but its only a few days no dramas
