OK... for my first day on these I reached 3 mins then 3,20 on my second set.
[That was after a working set too].
What I did towards the end was to stop for a second or two between reps when I was so fatigued I thought I was going to fall down!
If you cannot do any more physically then thats what IMO you should try to beat in the next session.
