Hungarian Oak Leg Blast Routine

OK... for my first day on these I reached 3 mins then 3,20 on my second set.


[That was after a working set too].


What I did towards the end was to stop for a second or two between reps when I was so fatigued I thought I was going to fall down!


If you cannot do any more physically then thats what IMO you should try to beat in the next session.
 
i had an idea you`d be doing them rest pause.


lol, you cant just do something cos a paper routine says it.


bit like saying hi reps hi poundage is the best way for max growth-lol its fooking obvious.


i reckon 60kgx3 mins is fcuk off impressive.

I am working on them Cal! I'll get pics soon.


I need to bring them up, so I have been hitting them twice a week. But it may only once a week as I am still dom'd from the last session!
 
Here are my twigs.


They measure just 24" since I have cut, they were larger with higher BF.


I really need to get some mass on them. I hit them hard with squats - heavy which has given me some gains but I find they dont grow like the rest of me. I hope the high volume will spur them to grow!

i reckon you gotta be realistic about actual measurements-


24" cut is pretty good i reckon.

Yes Cal - they are very resistant to growth!


However they are gaining shape rather well [getting a bit of a step going on!]


Genetics are a pain in the ass!
 
lol i`d rather be fat fooker,have big calves and take drugs to lose BF...


good abs and crappy calves seem to go together...

When I used to play rugby there were some HUGE fat man calves on the team - I have always been envious of those buggers!
