18lbs in a week :rofl:

I started back at gym start of June at 287, cut all the crap out, dropped about 10000 calls a week out of diet in wine alone and I’m at 290 this morning. Go figure!
Doesn’t really make any sense that does it. Weird metabolism haven’t you though

or unless he is merely throwing around random numbers that’s hes pulled out of his bot bot because he doesn’t actually weigh or track anything he eats.

Didn’t track food for a while.
Was off gym about 3 months
Off peds nearly a year.
Bottle of wine is about 650 cals, was drinking on average 15 a week or 9750 cals in wine, plus the obligatory 3-4 take seats a week. Food during the day was generally crap, sarnie, crisps biscuits.

Went back to pretty much my go to diet of

300g chicken and veg twice a day
300g chicken/red meat plus veg and carbs (rice or noodles)
Shake and BCAAs during workout
Maybe some Skyre and shit if I’m peckish before bed.
Odd biscuit but nothing excessive drink almost entirely knocked on the head, might have a bottle of red once every other week.

Tracked for a few weeks and it’s average 2300-2400 cals according to the old fitness pal.

Why would I lie?

I’m 280 today, I was 284 yesterday. Put 18lbs on in a week on holiday lmao

Turns out eating 3 ice creams, 2 family packs of Doritos and packs and packs of deli meat in baguette sandwiches every day for lunch makes u hold water

I’m just questioning the 18lb of scale weight in a calorie defecit, it’s not possible is it. So the weight is due to something else.

Now I’d suggest it’s because you have certain inflammatory based health issues, now is this exacerbating those (and potentially down to the gear) or is it something else. My guess is the gear if it’s all tied into starting that. Tren especially is inflammatory in your gut and airways, so I’d be avoiding that for your own sake if you’ve gone that route. That’s potentially doing damage if that’s the case and it won’t be a grand idea longer term. No idea if test has the same effect but I wouldn’t imagine so....

A few lb gain would be standard from glycogen but 18lb is mad. Plus again, an impossible amount given calorie intake. I’d be concerned about why it’s happening.

Could just potentially be issues with oestrogen as a result of the gear use? Imagine you’re not daft enough to run any more than a dribble of test with no AI though?

It is concerning though mate you must admit, I’d definitely be looking into it.

Feel ok. Went the gym and did chest, bi’s and Delts last night and felt like my biceps were gonna explode they were so pumped

Lol yeah took a picture in the lift, look ridiculous tbh. Huge stomach but abs still visible somehow and no other definition to speak of. And yeah bright red, but it was 35-36 everyday so caught the sun big time

My improvments r just great since tren yano... slowly bu surely getting back to normal i think, touch wood it continues...

Wud never use tren as u say if i had chrons or the likes, makes no sense to me, it fucked me and i dont even have it.. i thort i did like.. think ave dodged it tho

Does too many negative things doesn’t it.

It’s not good for the digestive tract, your airways or your mind. It also turns you into an absolute spastic yet everyone claims they get on sound on it with no issues.

All to look 2% better in the mirror when nobody but you is even gonna notice.

You’d have to be a right fragile cunt wouldn’t you. It’s alright at 21 as what does it matter but we’re all knocking on a bit too much to be walking that road aren’t we.

Yeah we all know it’s not the type or amount of gear holding us back don’t we.

Put an order in for dhb the other day, just gonna do a ml of test and a ml of dhb twice a week, should arrive end of this week. Won’t do anything special like, Just fancy running something a bit different than a ml of test.

Last thing I’m arsed about running tbf, if I don’t rate it I’ll be down to just test.

Haha It’s only 3lbs gain. 18lbs is TCVD on his ice cream diet.

No water issues. Only on low peds, adex ongoing. Slight change in veg sources has reduced any guy issues I was experiencing.

There’s no doubt there’s some muscle memory at play, some recomp. Weigh will settle now doubt.

I have read in every place imaginable that 200mg eq is a useless dose. 400mg is an effective minimum and is what i am using currently,(with test) with an 800mgEQ frontload. I have used 600/wk over 12wks (again with a mod dose test) and felt no amazing extra results. i dislike the drug. It may be noticeable at 600mg-800mg a week, with a little proviron and nothing else… but under a big mover/shaker like testosterone nothing can be noticed...
I wonna start new cycle in this months.
