How Much Do You Aromatise?

Hey I'm wondering if any of you are super high aromatisers, suspect I am.

Bloods impossible now (in China... they are busy) but 600 test and 0.5mg adex ED, along with 100mg proviron ED, and I get morning wood but libido is meh and erections are soft and weak.

Pretty shit. I suspect high e2 and not low because I had a gyno flare up 4 weeks ago when test levels had stabilised and was just doing 0.25mg adex MTTF. I brought in nolva and lumps are shrinking. Have ramped adex dose gradually each week since then but even as 3.5mg/week I have this soft dick thing and feel I'm holding water? Joints aren't sore. Skin a bit greasy, less than before.

where in China are you?

with 100mg Proviron and test id be expecting some proper wood mate, sounds off....maybe your Adex isn't kosher?

you mention nolva also ….so what are you running?

how many cycles have you done, what was previous cycles (and AI use) and how did it feel then vs now

In Shenzhen mate. It's a bit weird now. 2nd cycle, 2nd attempt to dial in test and it is a pain in the arse. Unless I assume I am a super high aromatiser, dunno what else.

Dunno if brands are allowed but my adex is a well-known UGL

1st time was 500mg with tbol finisher, I went with common suggestion of 0.5mg adex EOD, that wasn't great. Bloods are a bit hard out here.

20mg nolva ED and lumps have come right down, realistically 20% of what they were, may disconyinue nolva in a few weeks

did you raise Adex on the first cycle or just stick with EOD...you might need ED or even daily.

Issue is, I am not going to the hospital right now, you know why. Locals acting like headless chickens and it's not an environment I wanna roll up my sleeve for IV bloods in

First cycle was hit an miss. I did have a plan, and I did adjust up, but up, up it just never got high enough! Started at like 0.25mg 3x week like many recommend. Overreacting to gyno flareups (seriously) like 1mg for a few days and sometimes on the rollercoaster I'd find a fleeting minute where everything seemed right. But the next day or the day after it was shit again.

Probably forced to assume I am a bloody high aromatiser. Weird, I have okay abs, veins etc, at MOST 14% but who knows.

I think I'm gonna try a little experiment, 5 days at a time:

0.75mg/day
Alternating 0.75/1mg ED
1mg ED

Obviously if it feels right I'll stay there.

If, in 2 weeks, I still don't feel dialled in, will drop to cruise and call medium test a write-off, at least until I can get bloods easily again

if your getting issues on 0.5 EOD just start with 0.5 per day....give it a few weeks and see if any difference, if not and still no help then hit 1mg a day, give that a week, should notice a difference for absolute sure.... can keep the nolvo in for gyno , no probs....

if it doesnt work next time id be tempted to just lower the test to 300mg, and try minimal ai to start.... see how you fair.

Thanks mate. Right now already at 0.5mg per day, for 10 days. And clearly it's not 'right' so I munched an extra 0.25mg, gonna try 0.75 per day for a while, keep progressing up, make sure I find my level even if I have to go through a lot of adex

These are all signs of high estro mate, especially difficulty sleeping.
Although im really surprised would have high estro with .5mg adex ed.

Trouble is high and low estro can be very similar. Can be bloated from too low estro too, even gyno symptoms can be misleading but sore joints and dry skin would be a give away.

No joint pain at all. I'd sort of welcome that lol just to be able to back off a smidge and be at a good level.

Like I said some could be tren too, but I use pharma caber so I think that's good.
