Dude that's an insane physique especially at 40! That's better than 99.9% of people in general no matter what the age, then we go to guys that are 40+ I mean. I know we all wanna be Mike O'hearns walking around looking like him at 45 but from an aesthetics standpoint I'd say you are superior a lot less insane but still insane...if that makes sense. Great job!

Thanks mate, I appreciate it-took a long time to get anything half decent looking

Much much to modest man, to put it in perspective I hope to look like that. After a few cycles and I'm 12 years younger. Great job!

That’s very kind of you, thanks

Find out what works for you, repeat day after day even when a bit tedious and you will realise your genetic potential-but people think that takes a few years whereas in reality it’s more like a few decades.

Spot on mate
Its the repetitiveness and consistency that makes the difference
I'm nearly 40 too, been taking bodybuilding seriously for about 6 years but actually training with weights for 20+

Dude you look incredible-fair play.

Yeah exactly-sticking to a nutrition plan, training hard enough day after day after day. That’s what builds and holds onto a good physique, embracing the tedium-it should become like brushing your teeth-it’s just something you do, a way of life etc.

This puts a lot of people off because it is a boring and completely unsexy-you can’t sell monotony

Its all depends on what you wanna achieve and how much work you're willing to put in
Some people are happy to train, stay fit, look half decent whilst eating a relaxed diet and having a few beers
Others wanna give it everything to be the best they can
But you'll struggle to do both
For me its about having a balance
I love training and I enjoy the food I eat so that side of things is no effort
I'll always make training fit around my day, not the other way round
And you've gotta enjoy yourself, I'm definitely not that person who sticks to a diet on holiday
A meal or night out now n again does you no harm

Thanks

I agree, finding a way to stay in shape and live a life where you are able to enjoy a variety of interests is key. Often finding balance can be the hardest thing!

Here is before and after cycle. 2 different examples. Btw @noel did enjoy that 15mg of ostarine. I'll be waiting for my new bn

@Jamesalan which picture is the before and which is the after?

Arm looks biggest in the 1st pic so I'm guessing that's end result?

I used to be 120kg at my biggest.

I lost loads and got to 85kg, then got a trainer, started TRT and weighed in this morning at 77.9kg

While the gyms are closed, ive been doing shit loads of cardio, running and daily steps target.

The pics show me at January and 3 weeks ago. Im 57 and feel like a 20 yr old!!!
