Carbs look quite high for you or am I mistaken? They are clearly going to the right places though with all of those dropsets!

Fat still works out at 70g so not low fat as such.i personally think this approach with lower fats will help in getting that sick condition you are aiming for
defo not as healthy as higher fat but fuck it - its only for a few weeks and IMO the end product will defo be worth it!
besides, you can ramp fat right back up after the show and hormone levels should come back up relatively quickly
