Have you looked into Calcium D-Glucarate for controlling urea/ammonia etc @Con ?
I'm not sure what to make of it but it seems to have *some* promise.

Looking VERY good for 13 weeks out! All the best hope you kick ass.

Carbs look quite high for you or am I mistaken? They are clearly going to the right places though with all of those dropsets!

Carbs work out at 200 grams if my veg intake is very high.
Normally I don't do a lot of cardio but now I am trying to stay bigger while getting leaner.

Righty never tried that supplement I will look into it!

Starting point for you.

Opinions vary quite widely on this supp, however.
I've recently started it at 1g/day - cheap as chips, too.

i personally think this approach with lower fats will help in getting that sick condition you are aiming for

defo not as healthy as higher fat but fuck it - its only for a few weeks and IMO the end product will defo be worth it!

besides, you can ramp fat right back up after the show and hormone levels should come back up relatively quickly

Fat still works out at 70g so not low fat as such.

yeah but over the next 13 weeks you will probably taper calories down, no?

and if you do will you cut fats or carbs?

please say fats :excited: lol

Very interesting to read how your training style has changed in recent years..

back always looks crazy, you built it on heavy deadlifts mainly IIRC?

Yeah deadlifts are key for a big back.
The higher rep work in the 220-260kg built the muscle more so than the low rep 280-350kg stuff.
The key is to SQUEEZE the weight off the floor using all the back muscles not just rip it up.

Trained by my self today.
Not counting warm ups...
Hammer pull downs x1 double drop set
Cable rows x1 double drop set
Behind head pull downs x1 double drop set
Very slight incline db press x3 working sets
1 arm machine flies x3 sets
Side machine laterals x5 set
Tricep pushdown x3 sets each with a different hand position
Preacher curls x2 sets
