Member Transformations - Before & After Photos

Hi, ive only been lifting for 15 months and haven't done a proper cut yet but I think I've put on a decentish amount of muscle even if it's slower than I'd like.

First photo on left im 8 stone 10 at 5ft 6 only ever did cardio and crash diets and my weight went between 7 and 9 stone. The middle one was after a ten week 'transformation' where I started lifting but had no muscle or strength and wasn't anywhere near enough. The right photo was me a stone heavier, eating loads and lifting 5 days a week.

The second photo is me now at 10 stone. Looking forward to doing a proper cut and seeing what's underneath :-)

Then this was taken a week or so ago

I'm happy compared to where I was when I started but as we all know I'm not content with the way I look and know I could look better, so that's the plan anyway seek outside sources ref diet and training and see how much I can progress

@Con would probably be my go to for diet and training.... If just training then @Dig 100% he is amazing.

Mate I came on here to speak to con lol I need both tbh need to change everything up I think

@RACK a doing well with @Hilly and @Dig together although I'm not sure if just having one coach to do everything works out cheaper and easier tbh... Have a chat to them all if I were you and see who you get the best feel for

I've been debating it for the last few moths my progress has been stalling and con seems to be my first choice he's on here a lot and puts it in with his clients from what I see, not saying the others don't at all just from what I have read has swayed me to him with the way he approaches things

Dig is very good and a personal friend for the past what....10 years at least now.

But yes, I do put my clients first always.
My emails are replied to very quickly (usually within an hour or two), I also take a very personal conversational style with my clients.
I guess this is good and bad it just depends what you like.
The one place I do think I stand out over a lot of coaches is I don't have any set way of doing any thing.
It's all tailor made for the client without forcing you to do ANY THING you don't want to do.
I take what you're willing to do/have time to do/like to do and work around that.

P.S. Great progress thus far! I do think I could certainly help you if that's some thing you would like :-)

Just cruised through all these before and after photos going back to 2011. There are a lot of very impressive folks, both men and women posting here. Good job everyone! It is particularly interesting to see the transformations where folks went from teenagers to adults. Many long years ago, I was an emaciated teen....weighing only 126 lbs and standing 5'11". The photo I used for my avatar is about a year old.

Below are three photos spanning many years.

You're 70 years old, healthy and muscular?? Hell yeah dude you're my new favorite member :-D

Pete, you always bulk up so heavily.
Do you find gains are better this way?
Or do you simply do it because you're a greedy pig?
Seriously though do you find that beneficial?

Just lived my life mate. Never really take any notice of my off season weight. Gains are easier and strength is up. Only thing I monitor is protein intake. Never feared a diet. I'll lose what needs to be lost. Sure Nathan would like me at a lighter starting weight, but that would be no fun. lol.

Last couple of months been looking at improving back width and a bit more shoulders. Will see once all the lard is off.

Would you believe I'm eating more now in this current diet than I did in this last off season. Off season I'd eat 2 to 3 times a day and snack a lot. Too much bread and not enough cardio.
