Hi just to let you know I will write up today's and tomorrows workout tomorrow as I am having take my eldest to the doctors tonight he has a temp of 39.1 :sad:
 
These past two training sessions have been really tough for me.. everything has felt heavy, kids have been poorly so I'm not sure if I am coming down with something..'roll onto next week.'

It has been a hard week for me this week.. both kids have had high temps. My head just hasn't be screwed on... going to smash it next week.
 
Always going to be sessions like that.

This week everything has felt much heavier for me, different training times, time off work, different food, playing with my nephews, all has an effect.
