This might work in a power rack. I even saw a guy use a set up like this doing the dips at a downward angleI never saw a v bar in my gym. Any tips I wann hit chest more with my dips
I like to do it off the side of a bench. It's easier but I always do it as the second exercise of a super set so it makes it harder when you've just killed triceps with for example skull crusher's or triceps pull downs.
Exactly this and no further thought required.I just do it leaning forward
