Ok well heres my new journal, you can thank @Weeman for the catchy title lol.
I've started this as I felt my old one had sort of lost meaning and had gone hrough too many direction changes.
This one will cover my recovery from surgery ( mesh repair of umbilical hernia and removal of lumps caused by drums disease) my off season and prep into paisley next year.
It will have he usual diet and training stuff, I will record what I'm using just not how much, also a bit more on my thoughts and feelings, I warn you now it won't be drama queen stuff but just what I think feel at the time quite likely a coffee and 30 mins later I will have changed my mind .
I'll be working with alvin still he's not steered me wrong and I like his approach and to be honest we've become good friends, also for some strange reason he believes in me lol.
I'd also like to announce my official sponsorship with dinosaur nutrition. Paul and Shaun have supported me since I opened he gym. I genuinely use their products so it was a bit of a no brainer. Shaun and Paul have both been very supportive *over this last year and shaun was great to talk to when I thought it was all going Pete tong with the heart scare. He was also very helpful in helping me make the decision about not competing this year.
I'd also like to announce that I will be supported by beyond failure clothing and will be tapping into Paul and tattys invaluable opinions and help with presentation and posing, which I'm going to need if I'm ever going to get my scared up carcus on stage. I will also be working the bf clothing stand t body power so pop round and say hi.
And always I'll have the support of you guys especially @Hilly, @Weeman, @RS, @CJ to name but a few
Ok so the plan is basically to drop about another 8-10lb by the time I've recovered from surgery, I'm hoping to be back in the gym ASAP and I'm quite apprehensive about how long it might put me out for. I will be using gh to help speed things along but otherwise that is it. I have been clean since early jan except for an experiment with some sarms and will have been off about 4 months hen I hopefully start again. Planned course is dbol , sust and deca just good old solid and reliable products.
Diet will be the high but clean food diet I trialled a few months back 8 meals based on 400g of spuds 100g broccoli and 400g chicken or mince so 7.2kg of food a day with 3 drinks on a training day and 1 on. Rest day. I plan to keep things comp tight and relax once every four weeks with some flexibility for birthdays etc.
If fat starts going up food will be reduced I'm wanting to stay at at least 16 weeks out tighter if I can that way I'm useful to my sponsor and my support for bf clothing.
Training will be a 3 on 1 off split training everything twice a week one workout will b sets of 6 reps super heavy he other will be sets of 12 as heavy as possible*
Split will be chest tri s and hams
Back shoulders and calfs
Bis quads and abs
I used his in my early days n grew like a weed with poor diet nd ad hoc gear so with everything dialled in I'm expecting t lest 20lb by Christmas . A lot will call bull and say it can't be done but I believe it can be done and I'm not alone in that alvin thinks more. *Whatever it is I'll be doing vey thing I can to improve, and it won't be mass for masses sake, I'll be focusing on chest( obvious one) shoulder imbalances ,left to right, quad sweep, hams and calfs. And lower lat.
I'll be looking at he compulsory poses and trying to improve my look in each one.
So goals are drop some more fat, develop a more balanced physique and get feckin huge!
I'm going to post two full body shots taken last night angle for front view distorts balance quite a bit but it gives a good indication of where I'm at.
