Dnp - 25 Day Cycle

theres no way you will last 25 days at 400mg unless the caps are underdosed asf? 21lbs of fat can easily be shed when the water drops after 21days @ 200mg

What defecit would you need to run for these kind of gains? 1lb a day on 200mg a day seems very far fetched.
 
Okay guys,

Day 1 -
200mg ingested.

It was a typical dnp day 1 tbh, no sides noticed, no excessive sweating etc anything like that.

I did a push session in the gym this morning after my shift, and it was an average calorie deficit type of workout as they have been for the last few weeks now. Fortunately, my training style allows me to usually keep my numbers relatively high without dropping off too much when dieting. I'm not expecting to be saying this within the next 2-3 days though.

I followed my session with 20 mins on the cross trainer and burnt about 300 calories, got sweaty on this but I usually wear a sweatshirt throughout my sessions (non air conditioned Spanish gym), I know for sure this won't be the same tomorrow though and I'll be down to a t-shirt.

After getting back and showering it was about midday so slept on the sofa under the aircon, just in case. Sleep quality was actually pretty poor, which may be due to the DNP, I woke up after about 2 hours and struggled getting into deep sleep after that, so got about 4.5 hours total. Usually I get about 5/6 hours.

Now on my way into work, feeling pretty good, will see how things progress throughout the night and into tomorrow, will report back about the same time tomorrow evening. No intentions to change my original plan, yet!

Also, didn't weigh today. No point. Will weigh every 2 days or so probs.

Nah, very doable In my experience. I ran a short one earlier this year (had to cut it short for various reasons) and was averaging that during the first 14 days or so (it wasn’t all fat obviously) but I was only on 100-150mg a day

Can’t even think about what level of Deficit you’re in when on dnp. Just suck it up and do as much moving as possible. Low carbs, Hours cardio in the mornings, volume focussed workouts.

If you want to just sit and feel like death then sure, up the dose.

Yeah it is far fetched, you’d have to stick to a 1500
Calorie deficit from diet and then cardio and dnp. To drop a pound a day. Good luck with the carb cravings. Hate dnp it’s shit, it increases your metabolism and makes you feel hungry and like shit. Easier just to diet

Oh forgot the lack of sleep, and the dry throat in the morning. Never again

Def doable. Lost just over 14lbs in 2 weeks on dnp, 2000 calories a day. 1 cheat meal a week and 60mins cardio, plus 60mins weights daily.
Just gotta want it I guess. Would rather go hard for 2 weeks and achieve what would normally take 4-6 weeks.

Actual fat loss or including water and glycogen? 1lb a day is a 3500 kcal daily deficit. 200mg dnp increases metabolism by around 30% just can’t see it happening without very high doses + very low kcals. Water and glycogen though sure, lose 7lbs after first couple days

First couple days is always the highest drop ain’t it with the water n stuff coming off!

Fuck doing this long on DNP though and in the heat!
 
Day 2 -
200mg

So, same as day 1 really, nothing much to report. Body temperature was a fraction higher last night but really nothing unbearable, it was just usual day 2 stuff.

I didn't train at all today as I was so tired after work and the gym over here has weird opening hours on a Sunday, I just made sure I filled my day with sleep. Sleep quality was fine, slept under the air con again and woke up a little sweaty but nothing unusual.

Energy has been okay, not feeling lethargic yet at all. All good on that front.

Ordered some electrolytes in which should be here tomorrow or Tuesday, feel like they're going to be very necessary when the dose increase happens.

Apart from all the above, nothing extraordinary to report, will check back in tomorrow!
 
Cool, so...

Day 3 -
200mg

My body temperature at the moment is what you may consider as 'clammy'. I'm certainly never cold, but I'm not overly hot either, if I do any light walking etc I find myself getting a sweaty back but that's about it really.

I trained this morning after work, I did a pull session and found that my strength was great for the first exercise and then diminished really quickly afterwards, forcing me to half my usual weight just to get the same amount of reps in. My least favourite side of DNP, without a doubt. I was also way more pumped at the start of my workout than I was at the end of it, by the end I felt flat and depleted.

Followed the session with 45 minutes on the cross trainer (I had time spare so put an extra 25 mins in) and burnt 600 calories.

Diet is now different and I'm favouring a higher fat approach with low carbs, all carbs coming from fructose. Pineapple, blueberries, etc.

We'll see how the heat progresses, but I'm on track for upping to 400mg tomorrow!
