Dogcrapp

No mate, I was actually reading something similar from Phil funnily enough the other day.
I am sure I've got the big beyond belief pdf on my phone I'll have a look
So big beyond has a 4 and 6 day. Apparently if you can commit to the 6 it’s very result producing.

Weirdly I am doing the 6 day plan but not regimented ie if I want a day off I take one. I like the fact it’s just 4 exercises per day and can get it done in my garage really quickly.

Most say the 2 day is more productive due to the enhanced frequency but the 3 day is better for weak point targeting. Sadly the reality of DC training after a few years it’s tough to be sustainable as others have said the log book when it’s all about weight or reps stops you from enjoying training at certain points because it becomes do or die week after week and it’s mentally gruelling

This, Yes. :thumb:
Progressive overload has limits and it's unrealistic long-term.

For all its faults I always liked the slight volume increase over 3 weeks along with the rest time decrease. I do believe the combo of the two puts you slightly into over reaching but in a safe way due to lowering the weights and then using the 3 weeks to slingshot past or Deload.

I’m re starting the 4 day next week. I’ve used this week as a break in week.
