Hello all

What does everyone eat? How often? Is anybody able to show me an exmaple of their diet plans

I am 20 year old lad looking to bulk up (currently 70kg), but recognise I need to be doing so in the right way.

Thanks

Pussy, generally

Do like arse to though

Current diet:

M1 - oats, whey, banana, blueberries, spinach, cashew butter.
Intra workout - karbomax and eaa
M2 Post workout - egg White, oats, syrup pancakes
M3 - chicken, salad, tortilla
M4 - chicken rice pineapple
M5 - lean beef mince homemade burgers in baps, nakd bar.

That comes in at 2950 cals, around 220p 340c and 60f (I'd need to review fitnesspal to give exact numbers).

I'm dieting and 104.3kg currently.

At 70 kg, I’d focus on a gradual calorie surplus rather than just eating as much as possible. Aim to get plenty of protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats while keeping your meals consistent. A good starting point is around 1.6–2.2 g of protein per kg of body weight daily, which works out to roughly 112–154 g of protein for you. An example day could include eggs and oats for breakfast, chicken and rice for lunch, and Greek yogurt with fruit as a snack. If you eat out, checking resources like wendy's allergy menu can help you review allergen information before choosing a meal. For dinner, try beef or fish with potatoes and vegetables. Combine this with progressive strength training, get 7–9 hours of sleep, and track your weight weekly. Aim to gain around 0.25–0.5% of your body weight per week, adjusting your calories as needed. Consistency matters far more than having a perfect diet plan!
