not sure about easy Vicky lol think jumping from 225 to 260 wasnt best idea but cba with extra reps to tire me out lol
 
So...did some squats n deads with Roberto

both hit pb's

squatted upto 180kg for a double raw no belt

then a new pb deadlift, cant let Liam and Smogster have all the limelight.

Don't bother wi belts thesedays not sure if they giveme anything on deads tbh

Great work mate . It was smooth as fuck really. As we said I recon that jump did you good thus not wasting energy
 
Cheers all, 272.5 would be magic in the next few months, next aim will be 240 for 5 reps, feel absolutely battered after today fell asleep on sofa and just woke up

Lol I did too mate. as soon as I got in I plonked on sofa. just done garden too. strimmed it all back. biceps are fucking killing!
