Cheers pal. Squats are kinda my thing.

I got have the British record squat in the raw 75-82.5 open class in the British powerlifting congress.

202.5@78.7bw - just a belt

Well, that would explain it. LOL
My PB is 157kg x 5 at 198lb - so a bit of a difference - I can appreciate the effort and level of strength required to hoist 202.5 at your bodyweight.
That's, frankly, amazing lifting mate.
 
Back in the land of the living today so tested out my bands from elite fts.

BENCH

60+light x5 ~ 113.7 at top
60+average xfailed 3-4inches off chest ~137 at top

Happy with that. Going to be using bands as speed assistance work to one of my 2 bench sessions. Prob goin to use the light band. To be confirmed...
 
Love using bands, think am gonna do reverse band bp today with the ram, get some weight on the bar!

When I struggle with gym time, I do a Similar session always enjoy them raises a few eyebrows in my home gym tho with the lads lol
