Feeling it today! I have DOMS in my quads at the top of my knees and in my LATS! really bad in my last. Right under the armpit. Weird as he'll as never had doms here. Guess I did more chins dips and pull downs than usual in one session

Haha! legend. Not found a supps store as yet and didn't want to take a bag of white powder in my suitcase....

I took 12 plain foil sachets of whey (serving size 28g) on holiday, and did think once on the plane that could have quite easily looked like drugs lol. And after sending @Jstar a block of chalk in the post too.

I try and do chins every session. always a killer lol.

Yes cardio. Intervals on the runnin' machine.

9 mph
1.5 incline
20 mins

Will increase the mph - but just getting back into it for now.

I have taken bags of creatine (white powder) and chock Whey (brown powder) on hols in the past (usta go lanzarote for 4 weeks at a time) can imagine having to explain that... lol
 
Today I can walk properly.

Calves and whatever muscle it is up the front/side of the shin took a beasting on the treadmill!

Always makes me sore - good sore though :)

I think of it as a "2 for 1". Bigger calves good for the squat and cardio.
 
Lol some fukin whining about sorness in these journals lol (not just yours mate haha), get some bcaa's in ur intra shakes, halves the soreness ive found.

Creatine, protean and fish oil.

Training going ok. Hunting down a decent gym.

Start my programme next week so just ticking over.

Ah u working away or something bud?

Yeh training ok bud, pretty much like urself, but i need to sit down and look where i am, and what i wanna do, ive gone back to straight bench and squatting after a bit too much time using boxes n bands.
 
Yeah in the states for a bit.

Always good to change up the loads on your muscles. Straight weight will keep you honest.

I'm going to start creatine Monday, should kick in by my first real set in sat.
 
ah cool mate, anywhere good? should be able to find a decent gym yeh?
 
Mainly cross fit. Gonna Google for a golds. There's a gym at work but no squat/power rack :(
