About a good size for me atm heavy enough to be a struggle but light enough to actually move loving it just need more duct tape

95% over covid now still psotive but feeling good

Plan is a few rounds of sandbag
Maybe battle rope
Then might try get 10k in on the bike
 
Back in the gym properly

2 weeks completely off and a half deload week before that so basically 3+ weeks off

Hit all numbers but only managed 4 on last set but shoulders feeling abit sore so I'm just gonna put that down to tiredness time off covid aches

Dropped weights but hit all reps
5x 10 lat pull down great feeling lats really working

Squats 60kg x 10 only did a set or 2 working back in slowly still not 100% plus being off for 3+ weeks

Accessories have dropped abit since covid

Calories are between 1500 - 2000 but weight doesn't seem to really be shifting so adding cardio in and setting a rough June deadline with a definite July deadline

Over a month of lower cals by 500-1000 and minimal cardio and practically 0 change
 
After a week off the gym and of eating shit my weight is still about the same 99kg this morning
Skin and mood have gone to shit tho

Hopefully back on it from today
Going to a mre volume workout to get the extra workload in and try get cardio in
All going well should be in reasonable shape by August

What weight you deadlifting?

I did deadlifts for the first time in 10 years last week, got up to 225kg on the last set for 1 rep. Was pretty sore a couple days after.

felt really good though to get back on them

Was about 163 I think for the top set I'll count tomorrow maybe 146 actually fuck knows I just chucked it all on

60 - 90 - 110 - 130 - 163? with less than 30 seconds rest between each set
