sat here withso much to do that i started thinking about this

A FOOD SHIC

it kinda bounces of my cheat meal thread as we got into debate about eating not so much clean but just allot and keeping protien high

now long term i think a clean diet will bring you more quality gains, we all agree and need this binge of food ''the cheat'' ''refeed'' what ever it is maybe because your not able to have it you want it right......

this isnt always the case i do believe especially on diet you may be craving things so bad because you actually need it, you need a carb boost or fat boost or sugars

many say they wake leaner after there cheat night, maybe this is due to sending the matabolism flying im not sure but it got me thinking, on a rebound after a diet people claim great gains right some water yes but still gains some solid too

now if you follow a diet no matter how strict it may be your body will im guessing adjust and get use to that given diet

this is where i thought of the food shic :thumbup:

so follow your diet for say 2-4 weeks then BOOM blast the food for 1-2 weeks maybe, sky rocket intake and calouries for a short period

its just a thought and may make interesting discussion i dont plan on1 week of food shic the guilt would kill me :lol:

whats your thoughts?
 
Interesting, I know after my diet will be trying something a bit different with diet, basically carb cycling with some mega high carb periods after workouts for a few hours during the window of opportunity, and when I am hungry,. Will be clean foods predominantly mind you.

what advantages are you hoping to get by slamming a lot of carbs in post wo? (not trying to argue just asking)

you saying that brings into another factor, as with a shic you can change compounds to shock

this could be done with the foods...ie shic mainly carbs then mainly protien then fats try different blasts
 
Unless your body has the ability to utilise the foods, you wil just end up sh1tting most of it out TBH

Only sesnibe thing would be on weeks you significantly increase food consumption, would be to add in a particularly decent anabolic, effective with protein uptake

I would suggest 100mg var a day...

Because you can eat as much good quality food as you want, but unless you got a race horse metabolism, your wasting your time..

All the advantages you get from carbs and taking them in at the optimum time. Main advantage will be muscle.

i see your point but i was hoping this could refer to non users too

the problem i have with what you say is i belive there is only so much AAS your bodys receptors can utalise too yet you your self have used shics to great effect

do you see my point

Take too long to work IMO

If your upping food on a weekly basis would want a decent fast acting oral so you can time exactly effectiveness of aas
 
I think 2-3 large cheat meals per week *could* possibly really fire the metabolism, but the other days/meals would have to be very clean IMO.

But it might work, it might not, some people will put fat on at the sight of a pork scratching.

But only uses minimal AAS

Sure half decent physique, but prob hasnt grown much in years and is still outsized by our american cousins ;)

i dont see how that helps explain a food shic working or not :confused1:

i had already said you have used aas shics to great use so that wasnt in question

Sure if you diet hard maintance or slightly above maintance are a great idea.
Lets say to keep really lean and bring a new level of conditioning (my goal) i do around 3 weeks of very hard dieting then 1 week of maintance or just above calorie wise.
Kind of similar to the cheat day once per week but i find this better because a whole week really mentally refreshes you.

I realize this is not the topic of the thread, lol.
Over eating will make you fat if you are doing it "shic" style.
 
wouldnt taking gear....as in on for ever say 500mg of test min....wouldnt food be utilsed still as already in system?

and if you need a quick acting enter could use dbol? 50mg /blast through the week of food and then drop?

30mg before workout 20mg after.....3-4hour window of carb load?

maybe up t3 for the week?

Dont think slin is needed as i had a reffeeds for 6 hours last Sunday, and by Monday back in keto.....so i guess gear helps anyway
