Sort yourself out.

Chances are if you are reading this then you are probably an avid lifter with at least a years’ experience under your belt. Chances are you were like me at one point in time and your thought process was more about getting into the gym, passing on a warm up and skipping the stretch at the end because you cannot be bothered and you want to admire your newly acquired pump.

Definitely is - it's amazing how much better you feel with increased flexibility. I've started doing a bit of yoga to help with this, it certainly helps. It's actually called DDPYoga, so its not regular yoga. It's more a workout using yoga stretches
 
Good article, I don't stretch anywhere near what I should, will give these a try
 
I think it's one of those things that remains on the to-do list for lots of people and takes an injury to actually do anything about it. Well that's me anyway!
