Why you Should Wear a Belt

Why you should use a belt....

Is that you @Dig?

Because he has a question mark as his avatar pic

Oh right I thought you may have seen his other videos, he has been doing a few lately.

So @Dig what belt would you recommend? Bearing in mind I would only use it for heavy squats and nothing else. To date I've never used a belt in my life and tbh once you mentioned it in your video I do feel that I do fall short a few reps in the more challenging squat sets due to my back taking the brunt of the load.

Thanks

I'm looking at this: http://www.metsports.co.uk/fitness-equipment/belts/met-x-power-lifting-belts-heavy-duty.html

The one in the link is pretty much spot on for what you want it for mate. Doesnt say how many mm thick the belt is but isnt really here nor there as will do the job, also same width at front as back which is best. Personally prefer a prong belt as well so yeah looks bang on to me and decent price.

About the best you can get that mate, would certainly never need to buy another one.

I have a single prong Inzer had it over a year and never used yet, bought it when was aiming for a comp lol

Have an APT one which has lasted well so when thats on last legs switch to the inzer

Haahaaa, pink is the colour it comes up with when I click on link - Fuschia Pink. I'll swerve it though, going for the blue :D
