Cheers guys, still struggling a bit with keeping my shoulders back but it's all practice
40 rep volume pb at 100kg over 6 sets
Working sets took me about an hour
I edited the vids and spent 2 mins lifting not including racking and unracking lol
LOL it's quite depressing when you realise how long you actually spend 'under load' compared to how long you are actually in the gym for
Yeah it's crazy really isn't it, my sessions should only take half an hour

im on the ALL TIME biggest lifters list also, may be at the bottom but still on it, it includes equipped lifters too

Shoulder physio is going very well, got another session booked in to get stretched/relaxed/what ever he does.
Been doing exercises to help the recuperation. I look a knob on the gym floor doing snow angels with 2 kilo weights but its doing the jobs.
Progressed on to press ups last week and bench the other day. 40kilo for 4 sets of 12. It's not alot but its a start. So fingers crossed I'll have free ROM in a month.
Keep chipping away at it @GymRatGresham you're doing the right thing not rushing and rehabbing properly

Deadlift 252.5kg x 3... PB at 280 on the cards soon.
Bench 152.5x3+ then 135x6+
Doubled my latest PB attempt at 160 the other week after failing it last time. Comfortable too.
Squat 200x5.... Big ask as best treble lately was 195 but I've been slacking and on a dribble of gear. Upped food and gear the last couple of weeks so want 200x5... The 5 will be amazing.
