EZ bar is the worse for making mine flair up,
no issues if i use a straight bar though, mine is definitely work related rather than lifting... But obviously they both go hand in hand
Might look into one of them i think, cant wait to train back and bis, its been so longHammer curls for me - cross body not as bad, but regular are a disaster.
Reverse curls also.
And no twisting cable movements.
I've had it for years now, comes and goes in phases.

I actually prefer volume traning i assumed volume would of been worse!Lots of the issues I had along those lines eased off when I substituted intensity for volume
