Tennis Elbow

Thinks it could be some sort of never damage dont think its tennis or golf elbow.. hes give me stretcher and bands for rehab...

could tAke a while it seems... but goin back in. 2 weeks see if any progress

he done a few tests and stuff and its notcibky weaker this arm like

EZ bar is the worse for making mine flair up,

no issues if i use a straight bar though, mine is definitely work related rather than lifting... But obviously they both go hand in hand

Hammer curls for me - cross body not as bad, but regular are a disaster.
Reverse curls also.
And no twisting cable movements.

I've had it for years now, comes and goes in phases.

For chins or heavy back work, I wear these and don't have any issues:

On paper you would think so but I think our tendancy to keep persisting with loads beyond what our niggles can contend with means the problems drag on. Reduce that load and therefore probably reducing the amount of overloading we do could then ease things off even with the volume
