Hammer curls for me - cross body not as bad, but regular are a disaster.
Reverse curls also.
And no twisting cable movements.
I've had it for years now, comes and goes in phases.
For chins or heavy back work, I wear these and don't have any issues:
Might look into one of them i think, cant wait to train back and bis, its been so long
Lots of the issues I had along those lines eased off when I substituted intensity for volume
I actually prefer volume traning i assumed volume would of been worse!
On paper you would think so but I think our tendancy to keep persisting with loads beyond what our niggles can contend with means the problems drag on. Reduce that load and therefore probably reducing the amount of overloading we do could then ease things off even with the volume
