Reported as white at first but now poss Hispanic.
But the argument for stopping the car due to racism surely falls on its face if The driver even looked white from a distance

The post shows great policing in a very difficult neighbourhood.
The 2011 Census estimates Hackney’s population to be 246,300 which is expected to grow to 316,500 by 2041. Around 40% of the population come from Black and Minority Ethnic groups with the largest group (approximately 20%) being Black or Black British. 36% the population are White British and 16% are “other White.” At least 89 different languages are spoken in the borough.
Instead of this MP bleating on this about the usual shite (BLM, racial injustice) why doesn't she help to look at why the shitehole of Hackney has one of the highest crime stats along with other areas of London with similar racial breakdowns. Instead of vilifying the police I would be telling the inhabitants to:-
Get a job.
Stop dealing drugs.
Bring your kids up correctly in two parent families.
Try that for a generation and see where that gets you.

Also I would target predominantly black males.

Of the recorded 18,091 such accusations against males, 54 percent accused of street crimes were black; for robbery, 58 percent; and for gun crimes, 67 percent. Robbery, drug use, and gang violence have been associated with black people since the 1960s. In the 1980s and 1990s, the police associated robbery with black people. In 1995, the Metropolitan Police commissioner Paul Condon said that the majority of robberies in London were committed by black people.

Of course black people should be stopped and searched more often. The police are there to stop crime therefore they need to stop and search potential culprits.
