Yes I love deadlift challenges.
Recently I have done...
405lb for 10x10
315lb for 300 reps spread out over a lot of sets
225lb 100 reps in under 5 minutes
NICE! all high volume as well I can see. the more I look into it, the guys who can a TON of volume and heavy weight on deadlifts always seem to be ones with the best backs

im sure you have heard of Doug Miller also. he uploaded this yesterday....

I just finished a spell of GVT and only managed 10 x 10 with 150 kg and that was bad enough ( only 1 minute rest between sets mind) also did it with squats and got to 130kg . To be honest its a killer regime. I was also hitting bodyparts twice every 8 days. needless to say it has got the better of me and I am on a decondition phase for the next 4 weeks or so.
 
I have several clients doing GVT for both deads and squats in the same session.
Also one guy doing GVT for squats x4 per week but he is coming back from injury so the weight is low.
 
Its hard work no matter what weight you use if you execute the regime properly. I don't need to tell you that's for sure but the timing is key, we could all do 10 x 10 with a 3 min rest in between, but 1 minute. that takes heart!!

Did it before. Super setted opposing muscles and had a minute and a half, fucking killer!

Went to bed at 9:30pm and woke up wide awake at 3:30am....so it's going to be a looong Saturday haha.

Looking much tighter, several abb spots are now at 2mm.
Not sure how low my weight truly is now....I would bet if I get a full night sleep I may dip just under 190lb perhaps 189.5lb or so.

Todays schedule.....
now until 6am (it's 4:15am) mess around on the board and listen to bluecollar radio
6am cardio
7am breakfast and then go pick up a deadlift competition specific bar (whipping type)
9am run gym
10:30-11:30am train chest with a few buddies
12-2:30pm train clients
3pm-4pm take daughter to this play world
4pm onwards not sure yet

I may have a cheat meal today....only if I think it will help me get a longer nights sleep prior to training legs tomorrow.

Currently I have a few in person clients getting ready for shows so that takes a lot of emotional energy.
(one of them is a girl and she is quite insecure)

My daughter has finally taken to him haha!

Honestly no idea but I sure as hell want to come in properly lean for this show!
First place is $800 with a bonus $500 if I win overall (2 weight classes).
Plane tickets + hotel + car rental + getting the gym watched + entry fee = $1000
So any thing but first place and overall wont be acceptable:lol:
 
Looking good mate v nice shape. Impressive.

Inspired by dead lift vid gonna start hitting these hard , back width is good but always feel I could do with more thickness.

On the rice and potatoes you saying it gives a diff look, I find to much rice makes me v bloaty and shitty, but endless potatoes don't harm me.
