Why don't you invest in some wrist straps?

You def don't need a ham day, a quad day, none of your muscles are over developed and nor would they become if you did a conventional leg day.

Same goes for just doing front and rear delts could hit both in one session along with traps and shoulders

I do rear deltoids and traps and side lateral. I sometimes split side lateral with chest and traps with back.

I have not a had a injury. It's just small pains here and there. Nothing serious.
I have been doing more mind muscle connection so for example on back day i use a thumbless grip and really try to pull with my elbows and squeeze the back.
I was wrist wraps will only hide the root cause of wrist pain and that using them will only weaken them.
2 years ago, I had to do physiotherapist because of overdeveloped anterior deltoids. That's what the physiotherapist told me she said your back needs more work because the front gets enough stimulation from other exercises.

I think you have to be selective on their usage.

Like, if I get given chest work on the smiths, I don't always feel my wrists are where I think is ideal, due to twisting the bar when coming off the pins, and a few times my wrists have hurt.
So like today, did my warm ups without them, then 3 top sets, I used them just to support the wrist.
Don't use them on DB pressing, as I feel my wrists are in a naturally correct position.

I am now trying barbell instead of smith machine. I tried wrist wraps it did not feel to comfortable.

No, I wouldn't class it as 'comfortable' but means to an end

70g of chicken?

If you add up the protein JUST from the chicken, mince and whey what does it come to?
I will need to double check.

It was a total of 150 grams of chicken breast. The chicken mine was a total of 200 grams. I also had one chicken thigh. I had a 60 grand total of whey protein as well. I count the total macro intake.

Just a thought asrar if your gonna eat white bread at least make it Warburtons mate that kingsmill is shit

I was thinking of switching to wholemeal bread.

Ditch bread
What would you use instead. Would rice or potatoes be a better alternative. I was told IIFYM that all calories are the same and that its the total caloric intake which mattered. I am a not a expert so I am asking.

To be honest I think you need to start again from scratch...

Proteins from non-meats/whey may not be complete proteins.

Your meat potions are horrendously small.

You also say yourself you guestimate stuff. Cut this out, and prepare meals (if you want to get anywhere, diet really is critical, and knowing exactly what goes in your body is key).

I eat 200g (raw chicken breast) 3 times a day, have several whey and oat shakes, drink 1 litre of jersey gold milk, I also have 200g beef in evening. This comes to circa 340g of protein (yes I am bulking and bigger etc.), of which about 280g comes from meat and whey, the rest is made up from oats and bagels, personally I don't rely on oats/bagels as a protein source.

Replace bread with either:

1) potatoes
2) rice
3) pasta
4) bagel
