My apologies then madam, point still stands though, you do not need anabolic steroids, thyroid meds or clenbuterol to lose bodyfat.
Just plain old consistent clean eating, hard training and additional steps per day.

Hello. I want to start using clen Anavar and t3 to lose weight and get leaner. I don’t know how to start stacking and what doses I should stay with. I am 146lbs at this moment. I al about 22 BF. Any advice?

What made you decide you need those drugs? I would have assumed you'd been told that by a coach, but obviously not if you don't have any idea of dosages.

anavar won't make yo lose weight, in most ladies the first thing it will do is make you gain weight from a bit of water retention..

as above why do you think you need these at 22 years old

is it to mask a poor diet ?

you dont need T3....have you had a blood check to show your current thyroid numbers ??

should be able to get in shape fairly easy at 22 with decent diet and training.... no steroids required...

as above, leave the drugs alone.
Clen and T3 particularly can have very unpleasant side effects and can be long term damaging.

You won't, because no one does as it only highlights they have no need for drugs ( certainly off posts similar to your own )
but,
if you like to lose some weight and get leaner your diet and training are the first things to address.
post your current diet ( the real one, not what you think we want to hear )
post your training.
post your stats.

people can look at that and see if any improvements can be made.
