My days of looking big in a shirt are 4 years behind me...I never look big in a shirt any more.
Trying to keep this thread moving and thought would better to post up some ripped naked men than hsmann:D
lol I will do. there are loads of natty pros who I follow on instagram but tbh they all have their own individual physiques.

ive had network issues with my phone all day though so am completely disconnected from social media :sad:

once I am back on I will post some up though

here are a few pics of google i got that have sprung to mind of natty BBers who look good. not sure about 5ft 8 170lb thing through. some may be taller/shorter heavier/lighter

all different shapes and sizes, ranging from 150lb to 200lb+ .... wander who can tell who are the ligher ones and which ones are heaviest!

Currently it looks like this
Sat: chest with friends
Sun: legs with friends
Mon: back/shoulders/biceps
Tue: rest
Wed: chest/triceps
Thur: legs
Fri: rest
 
A touch less sleep last night going to bed at 9:30pm and waking at 4:3am.
But I am still another lb lighter at 188.8lb:thumb:

I didn't end up hoisting weights yesterday.
Instead 4 hours of gym cleaning, training clients, morning cardio then walking a few miles outside facilitated a nice weight drop.

Today I have a grand total of zero clients for the first time in many weeks.
So todays schedule is cardio, online clients, cleaning, weight training, then entire evening with my daughter hitting the play ground while my wife runs a boot camp style class in the evening.
