Lee Priest Steroid Cycles

Lets think about this objectively.
Use a small amount of drugs, train your ass off and take your BMI up to 50 (he is 5ft5 and reached 300lb off season).
Then diet off the fat using slightly higher doses (he has said that's what he did).
Why would you not be fucking huge after that?

To put it into perspective a BMI of 50 for a 6ft guy is 370lb!!!!!

So most guys have never done what he did by totally pushing the limits of off season.

Seriously, start off lean, then use small amount of drugs and build your way up to a BMI of 50, then diet down using a small amount of anabolics.
Assuming you train really hard I am pretty certain you will be jacked as fuck by the end of it.

This is true BULKING. Not you guys that gain 30lb of weight and then diet back down. He went 100lb over contest weight!!!

*Disclaimer* I wouldn't suggest anyone does this but it's what he did.

I hate being as heavy as I get off season knowing what I weigh in stage. If I'm 250-260lbs on stage and I go up to 300lbs (which I do, very very easily) this is 1/5th of my bodyweight over what I weigh on stage. That fucks with my head.

Lee priest going from 200lbs stage weight to 300lbs off season... that's HALF of his stage weight! Mental.

Couldn't agree more mate.

Look at this guy called Micquel Wright. 17-18 stone. Barely any gear at all (sub 1g), despite his legs being a weakness (he's about 6ft 2", so give him time) and not been training long, eats like shit and looks fucking awesome!

He's having to pull his act together because he's doing the saxon classic in a couple of months, but I was at the gym the other day where calipers had him at 7-8% body fat.

Freak. But of course some skinny fat guy will swear he's on everything going... sad really.

https://i.instagram.com/micquelwright/

Been following him a while he is a unit
But be interesting to see where he fairs on a proper bodybuilding stage

He don't seem to yet have the body builders symmetry striations etc but he does look great

Just not sure how he will look on stage

Good luck to him anyway

Imagine you slowly built up to 350lb then came down.
Would you not be a lot bigger?
Perhaps it would make your mid section bigger....that would be down to genetics.
Lee has a genetic gift of a small waist.

I wont lie I have been pondering of what to do when I finish competing in a couple of months.
Not taking any stims at all (to keep BP low even as weight goes up) and slowly taking my weight up as high as i can without getting sleep apnea = one idea i have been flirting with.
I feel better fatter that is for sure!

when you see his parents training him as a kid you can just imagine the strict diet and routine
they would have had him on from a young age,it would have had a huge impact on his future
growth and size.

He's better in real life... seriously very impressive. Sound bloke as well, doesn't take himself seriously at all.

I don't think I need to be bigger. Yeah there's a few areas I'd like to be BETTER, but not necessarily bigger. I grow year on year without needing to do drastic force feeding so why change? My issue is condition on show day. What I'm told is that I have a good shape and I'm not built like a fridge like 90% of people at my weight. When I'm lean and I'm not bloated my waist is small too, not to the degree of Lee priest obviously but it's surprising how small it is for my shoulder width.

Kevin Levrone has some of the best genetics someone can have for building muscle, doesn't mean you don't need those kind of doses to compete at the highest level and compete well like Lee did! his mum was a highly competitive bodybuilder and he's been training since he was a kid, competing and winning shows at 13. He had gear around him since he was young.
This is him at 17, takes more than great genetics to look like that at 17!

lol its all he said she said unless youre that particular person... imho to believe anything anyone says is subjective and depends on the amount of trust (warranted or foolish) you put into a person that tbh you probably dont know... and to have said hi is not to know them... Aaron is right on one point that conjecture is useless cockwaffle as no one but him will truly know... of course a person would lie cos thats what people do, esp those who crave the limelight...

Exactly. World is filled with bullshit these days.

Fact is if it's your lively hood you will do all you can to earn the most/be the best.
