understood. arthritis in the spine, spurs on the spine, spinal disease, ruptured and herniated disks at L7. Drs said phys theraphy. I said gym? all 3 said yes. Since January my pain has reduced by 98pc, weight down 70 pounds, and definition is making a strong appearance. Positively addicting! Hang in their bro. My sons and grandson are my motivation...also don't want to enter old age looking old. Piss on that shit.

1 year ago... and any period where changes have been made. I've just been looking at old pics and it helps give you a perspective of how your developing.

mainly aimed at the guys who are just starting out, although would be good to see how some of the more experienced guys have 'tweaked' there physiques

this is me almost exactly 1 year ago.

Thanks for the motivation. I figure that I am at least 6-9 months from this, and 2 from your last post, but hell, that's what I came here for: motivation.

Wtf huge well done
Bro,
If those are yours I stand up and bow, because whenever someone says to me I have it rough (other health issues too), I tell them, no I don't, there are others that have it a helluva lot worse than me. Much respect. Keep the faith and hang in there. We'll both make it together!

You bet'cha! Like anything else, it takes determination when you have none, perseverance when you want to quit, and endurance when you are at your end physically and mentally.

I just seen this ...
8 months from 1 picture to last...
Still 3 weeks more of diet...

That took you 8 months?!
No offense meant as it's a compliment but you were in damn good shape 8 months ago!
You're the same weight or perhaps even heavier now?
Your muscle thickness looks highly improved.
