Background:

High-school thru college )86 to 94) heavy lifting and training for shot-put. At peak I was about 240 with lots of muscle and nationally ranked. Car accident ended track career. Depression, anger ect basically ended my training and spent from 95 to 2011ish not living any means of a healthy life. Ballooned up to 400lbs of fat!

what I did: therapy, dietary training and gastric bypass. This occurred in 2012. Once healed I started training again getting great gains. Of course, another accident screwed that up! With the knowledge and skills from therapy and dietary training kept me out of the bad area of life. As soon as I could I got back into weight room. This accident crushed my lower right leg getting hit be a truck. Bike riding for weeks with theta bands.

I am 48 years old with very low normal test levels. About two years ago I started a cycle of dianabol (forget doses) with Sustanon 500/week. Had very fast results with intensity and strength. Stopped dianabol then after 16 weeks stopped Sustanon. During last 4 weeks I was at 750mg. I was using TAMOXIFEN 20 x2 daily. (No clue why suddenly bold). Sidaffects: higher blood pressure and was hard to sleep. Nothing else. Oh yeah: I only used Tamoxifen for pct taking 80mg for 4 weeks.

Right now: have started a cycle of Sustanon 500 1xweek. (Will move to 250 2xweek instead if better. I’m also taking Tamoxifen 40mg daily.

goals: I’m not looking to body-build. I’m looking to increase strength and muscle mass. My training has been less about numbers rep/set wise and more about feeling the muscle burn and keeping it there till failure. I tend to have a couple steps of light warmup then start set off heavy till failure then strip weight and go again. Mostly dumbbells and machines.

I average 4-6 sets per exercise. and I’m sure always over 15+reps.

any suggestions or critique? After this cycle I will be using a Tamxifen / clomid

Your 48, just look up diy trt if you are going to take stuff, you can use sus but test e is better. Then there is no need for the breast cancer drugs, high bp etc.
That going to do far more harm than a small amount of test imo.

low normal test is still normal.
people get obsessed with level but in range is in range.
reading your aims I dont even know why you think you need gear tbh.
but if pushed I'd say just look into trt, to elevate your current level to a higher normal and then just trt from this point on no need to pct etc which at 48 imo is fairly pointless.

Thanks guys. All great points. Forgot to put that my recent bloodwork had test at >3000
