lol my first thought is always "oh fvck how to explain that stream of blood to the mrs..." quick clean up and its like it never was
The thought did actually cross my mind as I was sitting on my white bed, in my white bedroom, with white furniture and almost white carpet with needle in hand!
I then moved to the similarly white, glass and chrome bathroom where even though it may lookmlike a murder scenes it would be easier to clean up said accidental spill if it happened!

LOL... it doesnt happen often tbf but when it does it can be a mite inconvenient... got white floor mats in the bathroom and have had a few drops on those in the past... thank god for vanish

The redness can be from gear on pin as jimmy said. The reason for numbness is you are too far round the flute towards a hole you need be be about half way back from there. Probably putting pressure on nerves there. Put your right thumb in dimple in back and index finger on hip then jab halfway along this line. You will find this much better with less bruising

I would suggest trying delts mate, they really are a piece of piss.
I'm using blues in mine now with no bother, even did a shoulder workout an hour after pinning yesterday.
