Power, strength and going from chub to stud

Had a crazy week work wise, work training for two days and very busy generally.

Managed to fit in a session today,

10 weeks 'progress'... I'll admit change hasn't been dramatic, weight is down 7lbs or so, strength slightly more.

waist down 1.5" or so.
