Really am after size this time round,gottta get more food in by the sounds of it.3200 clean is a struggle for me tbh.
Most bodybuilder types will train for an hour then sit on their arse all day and night though won’t they. It’s easy if that’s all your doing
I’ll get up and go for a run then train a couple of hours after then usually train in the evening as well,
If I’m working days I’ll train before and after work. Just don’t have the time to eat anymore to be fair. I’ve started having bigger meals but it’s not enough really. Not chasing size anymore though so it doesn’t bother me too much.
If I wanted to do it I’d just have a load of ice cream mixed with some whey before bed or a whey shake and a couple of bagels, it’s not rocket science is it.
I’m a chef so on my feet all day every day,hour and a half in the gym 6 days a week atm.
Still adding weight to my routines so confident there is growth.
Shoulders and chest look better than before all that cancer shit
