My attempt to go from lanky to large

Evening all,

I feel my last log has run its course and now it's new goals so time for a new journal.

Brief background about me for those who don't know me. Been training for properly for around 3 years now, I was always overweight and spent most of this training time switching goals every couple of months between bulking and cutting. Eventually last year after looking at my holiday pictures I decided enough was enough and it was time to bite the bullet and just cut right down and put muscle building on the back burner until I was happy with bf levels.

For the cut I worked with @MUTANT, incredible coach and he worked wonders for me. I went from 119kg and finished up at 97kg 2 weeks ago.

Now that the cut is done its time for me to start gaining some size. Im really excited for this phase as I've never really had chance to have a bash at it properly. Since reintroducing carbs my weight has increased to 102kg which is where I'm at now.

Diet is currently:

Meal 1
30g whey, 30g casein, 40g mixed nuts

Meal 2
250g chicken, 150g sweet potato

Meal 3
As per 2

Meal 4
As per 2

Meal 5 (PWO)
100g cereal, 50g whey

Meal 6
8 egg whites, 4 whole eggs


Training is currently a Push/Pull/legs routine with an extra day thrown in for arms. I also do some strongman training on the other day.
Cardio is 3x 30 minute sessions a week.

So, that's my story, let's see what the coming months bring :thumbup1:

Partly true mate, I have ditched con but I've taken a leaf from your book brother and signed up with the Colonel. Got a new KFC opening up in my town so it's worked out great :D

Also forgot to mention in opening post that I've had and continue to have a shed load of input and help from @jacko89 so a massive thanks to him

Well you're tricking me into sounding like you know what you're on about so I'd say so lol!

But yes, carbs increased from first 2 weeks, 50g extra sweet pot each meal and PWO cereal increased to 100g from 65g
 
Lol sweet!! That's how I got Lauren to be my mrs btw....lots of bullshit and blagging ;)
