Blast cruise frequency - what is the optimum time on:off?

What lengths of times have you tried blast & cruised for ie( number of weeks blasting & cruising )?

ive tried blast time = cruise time and recently ive tried 6-8 week blast with 3-4 week cruise time. not much difference IMO.

previous for longer cruises i would drop down to 100mg test ish, recently with the shorter "cruises" i have actually not jabbed anything and just let the longer acting test taper itself down. dont notice much difference at all.

I usually add a little clomid in during these cruises

the train of thought i read is something dante (DC) training posted. its like having a car parked on the drive n not starting it for a year. when you come to start it will of likely siezed up. however if you start it up once a month or every 3 months and run it for a day or 2 it will likely start fine after a year.

Im hoping the clomid jumps starts my body a little making the final recovery easier.

just a theory but there is some scienfitic studies that have shown clomid boosted the HPTA when low dose HRT was being used showing synthetic test does not interupt clomids actions

4-5wk is my preferred frequency on, with a bit shorter time off. I am curious about the homeostatic adaptations that kick in eg( myostatin sensitivity at 6 and 20wk, though I am sure there are plenty of others at different time points ).

If we can get enough people to chime in, we maybe able to get some idea of what these time points are, even if we don't know the mechanisms themselves at play.

have you always used this approach j or this something you have learnt is best for you? would you mind listing a standard cycle ie

first "blast"
then your off period
then next "blast"

intresting way, do you use any gh or pct drugs in this stack?

I have done the longer cycle approach 16-20 week and found as long as there was a calorific increase then gains really didnt seem to stall. However from monitoring pictures i do see a point were i feel the dose should have increased as i start to look a little softer were i have obviously switched ratios of muscle/fat or maxed out that dose - hit homeostasis if you like.

i think 1000iu is a good amount to use, im gunna try it nxt time, people i know who have used this method say recovery is 10x easier

500-750iu is the aim ideally in 2 jabs but usually just in 1 jab
 
On paper homeostatic adaptations are fairly clear as you state @Joshua - sensitivity etc. (points may vary)

However I'm not sure if in reality that other factors such as food, training adaptation do not in fact 'shift' this homeostasis regardless of dose.

Just a thought......
