Hi Guys,

New to the form. Used to be heavily gym focussed for around 5 years.
Then work commitments meant I gave it all up.
Fast forward 15 years and i'm ready to get back at it.

I now have developed Chronic Fatigue Syndrome / M.E.
I have found it incredibly difficult to get back into it due to the effects of CFS.

I'm now looking to research, document and investigate if Testosterone / Steroids can help with this frustrating illness.
I am based near cheltenham and I was wondering if anyone close to me can offer advice, on usage, where to safely buy etc

Please do drop me a pm if you can help. It would be greatly appreciated.
I do have some knowledge already but not the network to support it.

All the best guys and thanks again

It can help but I needed a few weeks completely off caffeine and used some adaptive herbs like ashwgandha or rhodiola plus good sleep to get some adrenal recovery in my case
