Fortitude Training (Review)

jeez looks like a good read! :thumb:

think i will pick the book up tbh. Im glad the guys have noted that its easy to follow, as some systems kind of put you off.

I may also run a fortitude journal when i start it, keep me motivated and track progress, if that is ok with you?
I wouldn't document any of the actual e-book details, ie workouts etc, just more a summary of each day/workout/diet.

Just to confirm, the Fortitude E-book is all that is needed? I see you have some other more expensive packages.
Everything is explained in the book. Very detailed. Take the time to read the whole thing before racing into the routine. You really need to get your head around rinsing everything out of a couple of sets. It's no good thinking about the next set etc.

@Jim 's training plan was much the same as my own training anyway, so nothing gained there tbh. but Jim was the point I revamped my thinking on diet completely, have come on leaps & bounds since... so money well spent for me

I still think you short changed your self stopping as early as you did...
We only covered the very basics of training and nutrition etc
We didn't even toutch on aas as you come to me on own planned blast and then cruise then sacked it off...

But any way I'm glad it changed your approach to some degree

You seem to be getting on very well tbh mate
From what I read in journal any way

Anyway back on topic
Got the ebook a while ago
Need to go through it again
Thinking of having a bash...

Still waiting on @Scott Stevenson to bring out a DVD (bit like the DC DVD but better)...
Maybe team up with JP, take him through a weeks training on DVD and show us how it's done...

Yes, I hear mostly that its easy follow. (There are exceptions of course... :) )

You'll want to pick up the Free Overview sheets and Log when you get the book, too.

I have a lot of people pick up the Overview sheets only and I guess, try to devise something from there. I'm guessing that that it probably relatively fruitless in the long run b/c you miss out on known how to execute the different set types. By the time someone has derived this from youtube videos boards or what have you, I'm betting most figure they should just buy the book. (It's only about 13 quid.... $20 US).

A journal would be great. Just tag me here if you need anything. (I have a few running over on my board, too, but having one here is fine by me - makes the log accessible to people here.)

(You get a free membership at www.integrativebodybuilding.com with the E-book purchase - just PM me your book purchase transaction ID after registering on the board and I'll set you up.)

You're gonna dig it I think. (THere's a thread on my board simply about how much fun people are having with the training. :) )

How about just Corinne and David?
Jp trains like a bit of a minge from what I gather...
Corinne is a machine tho

But JP's a monster. I think we'd just need to position him in the background and as a spotter, etc.. (Looks good on the advertisements, etc.) ;)

Sounds good!

I know this will most likely be covered in the book, but re diet, do you need to be in a calorie surplus to benefit mostly from the training style?
is there nutrition advice in the book as well?
