highs and lows of bb'n

on wednesday was feeling like superman, today i feel small and weak, tired, hungry questioning is it all worth it?

this is the first day ive had like this in months! sure i will be fine tomorw


everyone has days like this though dont they?
 
going to the cardio section for 200min and getting a hard on HIGH

going to the weights section and some guys smell terrible LOW

lol
 
The weeks after coming off course, head is all over the gaff, horrible feeling
 
Thats standard ime... some days you are king of the world, can lift mountains, look like you train and train seriously... the next you are slave to all, couldnt lift your sons tonka toy and look flat, smooth and pointless...
 
Yeh it happens... this is where your strength of character comes into play.
 
What has changed in the days leading up to this, we all have low days but if you can analyze what has happened to get you there and understand it then you know how to fix it... Lack of food, water, sleep etc?
 
it only gets worse the bigger you get and you encounter other problems with fitting into the world too
 
i get this hourly!
 
Lows = going clothes shopping....hate it now as I find it really very difficult to find something that fits and looks good....nightmare...hate it!
Highs = being fcking strong....gotta love it!
 
it is quite nice when i take a jumper off and a guys jaw literally drops open and you hear him say to his mate 'look at the fcukin size of those arms'

its justa pisser when you realise hes talking about someone else
 
highs n lows when prepping....

lows - when the cardio session just drags on...and on.......and.....on, you are tired, hungry and mentally feeble, anything will set you off like a 3 year old.

highs - when you see something new conditioning wise, a split in the quads or feathering on a tricep.

Or that vein you know wasnt there yesterday (and you know for sure as you have studied every inch or your hot body :lol:)
 
Lows, having a seizure from over dieting, lack of sleep and exhaustion.
Highs, being alive afterwards and already having done 2.5 hours of cardio the next day.
