Ok so I have big favour to ask anyone who could help me. So I'm lazy person and I've started to exercise. To motivate myself I decided to make it an easy system. My goals are simple have normal posture nice toned body and good bum.
So to make it easier for my self I reduced amount different types of exercises.
1. Normal push up 2.planks (classic and both sides) 3.push ups with hands close to the body 4. Pelvic thrust 5. Bikes (elbows to knees for abs)6.revers crunches 7. mason twists 8. Revers lunges.
My issue is that I have very small space to work with and I'm not sure if all the exercises makes sens. So for example is there point doing two types of push ups? Maybe it would be better to do wide and normal and just drop one with hands close to the body? Is there point doing mason twists? Are there any exercises that would be better at doing this same things? I will go through all the movements have 3 min break and to it again for 3 series in total.I do it 6 days a week with small amount of reps (I'm not fit at all...) So I will do two days with this same amount of reps and then add another rep for next two days increasing amount of reps by 3 a (double that for bikes thrusts and lunges) week.
So what I would like to ask if someone can advice me if that makes even smallest sens? Should I replace some of the exercises? I have super limited space and no option for pull up bar or any other accessories.
I want to improve my fittnes levee and looks even if just a bit but I don't think I can follow all different programs I see on the web. I wanted something simple that will just keep me moving.
Please if you can give me any advice I would be greatful.
