i did tricep and bicep workout wensday night.

my triceps are still somewhat sore although my biceps are not.

I want to do chest and back workout tonight??

should i wait until my triceps fully recover or is it really going effect them since im primarily focusing on my chest movements although triceps do a play in part in chest workouts and obviously biceps play a part in back workouts?
 
i prefer to train chest and triceps and back and biceps together for this exact reason. just my opinion of course :)

i was doing that for a while but for somereason i just wasnt getting the full maximum potential on my reps. like i would do a chest excersise, run right over immediatly and do a follwing back excercise, and id mix it up a little bit. but i try to keep my workouts to under an hour typically 45 minutes long. so when you combine chest, back, tri and bi, its hard for me to hit full potential in that time frame, if i stay over an hour my Cortisol levels are going to sky rocket.

so ive been switching my training splits differently. I guess i could do a shoulder workout and do the chest and back workout tmorow.
 
Personally I never train a bodypart if it or an assister muscle that is going to be used is still sore from a previous workout!

yeh i think im gonna stick to your advice on this. F*ck it im doing shoulders tonight.
 
i wouldnt worry tto much in fact the training willl actually help allieviate the doms only down side is if your tris are really sor eyou may find your focus drifting to them rathe rthen chest, in order to combat thi sid start with an iso movement like flys

yes they most certainly do, but tonight im going to just work on doing deltoid bumb bell side raises and forward raises.

im not going to do any shoulder presses tonight im just going to blast the absolute hell out of my deltoids.

who the hell does leg workouts? hahaha

just jokin man. enough people dont do leg workouts on a serious note and are missing serious benefits, but anyways i would do leg workout but man im afraid im going to Sh*t myself if i do legs tonight so ill save them for tommorow.
